About this Event
Wellness CNM is committed to providing students with a variety of resources to build a "culture of care" both on and off campus. Starting in the 2025 Spring Term, Narcan (naloxone), a life-saving medication that can reverse the effects of opioid overdoses, will be available for students to pick up at no cost. Students will be asked to review educational materials upon pickup.
-
Where and When to Pick Up Narcan:
-
Student Resource Center on Main Campus (Outside of Food Pantry): Wednesdays from 3-6 p.m.
-
Kathie Winograd Student Success Center: Tuesdays from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
-
Narcan is an important tool for harm reduction and safety, helping to prevent fatal overdoses in cases of opioid use. It's easy to use, and no prescription is required.
Wellness CNM would like to remind everyone that CNM Security (505) 224-3001 should be contacted for any and all emergencies, including a suspected overdose. Every security member is trained on lifesaving measures and has access to Narcan.
