About this Event
Do you ever feel like you forget everything you've learned as soon as you start a test? Do you wish you could feel more calm and confident during exams and quizzes?
If you said "yes", join us for a session about identifying and managing test anxiety. You are invited to learn some practical strategies you can implement immediately to help with anxiety related to test-taking.
It will take place via Zoom and is open to all CNM students. As soon as you register, you will get a confirmation email with a link to the workshop. Please save the email confirmation so you can click on the link to join on the day of the workshop.
