Please join us for Black History Month events across CNM in February. We’re proud to recognize the significant and deeply appreciated contributions, culture, and history of Black and African Americans. Events include:
- Feb. 5 - The Power of Black Stories with Juba Griot: Come to Smith Brasher Hall on Main Campus from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. for an inspiring and empowering exploration of Black storytelling with live storyteller Juba Griot. You can also attend via Zoom.
- Feb. 19 - Cooking Demonstration with Dionne Rogers: Join us at Robert P. Matteucci Hall, Room 105 on Main Campus from 1:30 - 3 p.m. for a cooking demonstration with Chef Dionne Rogers. You can also attend this event via Zoom.
- Feb. 24 - Black History Month Trivia and Games: Head to the Student Resource Center, Room 204 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. to enjoy trivia, games, and more!
