Join the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for a series of events during the month of February in honor of Black History Month.
On Wednesday, February 5 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., we will be hosting a panel discussion called 'The Power of Perspective: Black Professionals Speak' in SB 101 on CNM Main Campus.
Our speakers include:
- Liaison Neema Pickett from the CABQ Office of Black Community Engagement
- Erica Sweeney of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning
- Dr. Ndidiamaka Okpareke, owner and President of Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy
Erica Sweeney's presentation will be virtual via Zoom. Live music will be in the lobby, and refreshments will be provided by Nexus. We hope to see you there!
