This will be a basic self-defense class utilizing basic self-defense techniques, including situational awareness, verbal judo and the safe use of pepper spray. Session will also cover the warning signs/red flags when someone is in danger, and how to support victims of violence using the 3-Ds (Direct, Distract, Delegate).
